Western Carolina Forklift's four branch service departments serve the entire state of North Carolina and portions of
Tennessee, Virginia, West Virginia and Kentucky.  Our service department offers several different maintenance options to fit your requirements:

Periodic Maintenance, Limited Maintenance & Fixed Cost Maintenance.  We offer driver safety training to help you meet OSHA safety standards.

from one of the most diverse rental fleets available.  We can meet your company's needs with capacities ranging from 3,000 to 15,500 lbs. with

Periodic Maintenance
This option is primarily a supplement for a customer who has a maintenance department, but forklift maintenance is
not of the highest priority. Periodic maintenance consists of the following:
● Regular Periodic PM Maintenance service based on factory recommended intervals, usually 125-175 hours per month
● Complete warranty service for new forklifts as stipulated by the manufacturer's warranty provisions
● Copies of completed work orders and the recommended work needed will be submitted upon completion of the Periodic Maintenance.
This    will allow the customer to be pro-active in eliminating down time due to needed repairs.

Limited Maintenance
This option in desirable for the customer who has a maintenance department, but is either not focused on forklifts or its
maintenance personnel have limited forklift repair experience. This option gives the customer maximum flexibility to
control costs and only have repairs done when absolutely necessary:
● Limited Maintenance is an extension of Periodic Maintenance, but to better support some customers it provides not only for PM service
and    warranty but also emergency service during peak times and/or breakdowns.
● Regular Periodic PM Maintenance service based on factory recommended intervals, usually 125-175 hours per month.
● Complete warranty service for new forklifts as stipulated by the manufacturer's warranty provisions.
● Copies of completed work orders and the recommended work needed will be submitted upon completion of the Periodic Maintenance.
This    will allow the customer to be pro-active in eliminating down time due to needed repairs.
● 4 hour response time on all breakdowns.
● Warranty breakdowns supported by a free rental if the necessary repairs are not completed within 48 hours.
● A reduced rate rental truck if forklift is down and out of warranty.
● A reduced labor rate will be implemented and honored for a one year period from the date of the contract. As an option, Western Carolina
   Forklift will offer its LiftWatch® System on a quarterly basis to support the maintenance management of our customer's forklift fleet.

Fixed Cost Contract Maintenance
This option is for the customer who has no desire to maintain or repair a forklift fleet.   For this customer,
Western Carolina Forklift will assist by implementing a Fixed Cost Maintenance Contract which will allow the customer
to budget fixed costs over a designated term.   This cost control will be assured by a monthly fixed cost contract price
along with the LiftWatch® System as a fleet management tool:
● Benefits of a Maintenance Contract: conserves cash, provides fixed cost for the term, simplifies budgeting, provides tax advantages,
   eliminates service worries, increased equipment up-time, established professional fleet management, improved employee productivity,
pay    for equipment as it is used, possible off-balance sheet financing.
● A complete application and plant survey is required to determine proper lift truck specifications and forklift hourly usage. Actual hourly
   usage, environment and plant conditions are keys to developing a cost basis for quoting a fixed cost maintenance contract.
● All repairs to the lift trucks are under contract at a quoted fixed cost. The only exceptions are tires, seats, safety equipment and
accidental    damage or misuse.
● As with Periodic and Limited Maintenance, Western Carolina Forklift performs all PM maintenance and completes all applicable
   manufacturer's warranties.
● Upon completion of PM maintenance, Western Carolina Forklift will document all needed repairs. In addition to PM maintenance, Western
   Carolina Forklift will do all repairs other than "accidental damage". Any "accidental damage" repair must have separate authorization from
   the customer.
● 4 hour response time - 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
● A parts consignment for normal wear parts can be placed on site under lock and key to better serve the account. Warranty breakdowns
   will be supported by a free rental if the necessary repairs are not completed within 48 hours.
● A reduced rate rental truck is available if your forklift is down and out of warranty.
● "Overtime hours" charges are assessed quarterly, semi-annually or annually as the customer requires. "Overtime hours" are any hours
    used over and above the hours stated during the survey application. Overtime charges can be avoided by proper utilization of Western
    Carolina Forklift's LiftWatch® System.
